And the way I kept my meatloaf moist and juicy was by loading it with veggies. Yet somehow, it's taken me years to come to the same realization with meatballs.

1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 Large onion, peeled
1 Stalk celery
1/4 Cup fresh parsley
1 Carrot, peeled
4 Cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 Cup breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
4 Cups tomato sauce (homemade or your favorite store bought)
Handful of fresh basil, chopped
