The Month in Review - March 2013

This year, March was the month that saw us longing for an end to winter and being constantly disappointed.  It snowed, it rained and it snowed some more.  We took the word of a lying rodent because we wanted desperately to believe...and then it snowed again.

The Month in Review - March 2013
So, we stayed in a lot and we cooked and we ate.  We changed the clocks and we celebrated St. Patrick's Day and Passover and Easter and we waited for spring.  Below is a recap of all the tasty foods we ate while we waited.  Enjoy!

Cheese Stuffed Brussels Sprouts
Asparagus, Feta and Oregano Pasta
Cheesy Quinoa and Asparagus Bake
Bananas Foster Bundt Cake
Bailey's Irish Cream Cheese Trifle
Creamy Broccoli and Cheese Soup
Sweet Irish Soda Bread Biscuits
Cream Cheese Crumb Cake
Chickpea Burger with Israeli Salad
Minty Pear Mojito
Almond Frangipane Tart

  7. Okay - I would need the mojito to survive that weather. There isn't a dish you've shared that wouldn't have made surviving the snow worth it. :)
